Engage your Online Participants with Web 2.0 integration!

Online streaming offers a lot of possibilities for interaction through Web 2.0 sites like YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, Facebook, Delicious etc. It is important to see conference streaming not like a classical TV channel, but as a way to include and engage many more participants.
We have collected wide experiences with the organisation of online conferences, Twitter backchannel moderation and the integration of virtual / immersive worlds in the last year. A well-elaborated concept which concludes planning, activity, evaluation and improvement cycles is crucial for the success.
In addition, it is important to involve key-stakeholders (e.g. webheads and Twitter gurus) right from the beginning in the planning. During the conference, a cascade network of contributors has to be synchronised by a Web 2.0 expert who is channeling the vertical and horizontal communication and information strings in a protocol or "live minutes".
Our Web 2.0 Activity Solutions:
- Designing a Web 2.0 concept for your conference
- Involving experts, webheads and gurus
- Training of volunteers and conference staff
- Producing training materials and aids for participants
- Live minuting of conferences
